First: Pray, because Praying assumes there’s Someone out there who’s Got your back -- and She Most likely has more Control, more power, More idea WTF is Happening, and it Means someone has Got to be listening. Next: take sips out Of life -- that way The glass will Always be half full And your belly less so. Third: Either go for A walk or take a nap. Sometimes you’ll Want to take a Nap but what you Really need is a walk -- And vice versa. Four: When anxious Or feeling screamy, Just add water via Splash or gulp. This Was advice I got from A mother about children, But it works on Former children too. Last: eat art and music And poetry as if You are starving All the time.
