Thank you. I don’t have any idea what to write or post … I hate social media and trying to “put myself out there.” It’s awful and I’m honestly on the brink of quitting writing. I don’t see the point if one has to build a “following” using what can only construed as a combination of lucky, magic fairy dust, and whoring oneself to the algorithm.
I think you (not just you, the general "you") have to do what feels natural and right to you. People don't generally want artificiality. For me, it always comes back to goals. What motivates you to write? What do you want from it? Is it meaningless without a "following"? What does a "following" even mean? Happy to chat with you about this, too! Hugs, my friend!
