I have spent time at Uluru in Australia (formerly Ayer’s Rock) and found it to be very dramatic and powerfully spiritual. It is a formation known as an island mountain, or an inselberg, a massive, isolated mountain made of sandstone. It seemed as if it had sentience, and could speak to those willing to listen.
